Meet the parents session 2!!
From 8am till 2pm.... super tired... mentally draining...
My class playing dividend in the hall but they did not look too happy playing, some of them even sit on the table to play omg.

I am glad to see those of my students in the lib instructional room working hard with the math worksheets. Mr Lew hope everyone will continue to work as hard for the rest of next year too...

Today I had meetings with the parents from 0800 all the way to noon time!!
OMG, I was basically moving from one room to another room with parents zzz
One hour was Mrs Anba and the next hour was Mdm Toh...
I saw most of the parents crying....
They are really sad....
Heartbreak!!!
OMG!! Why do you want to do this to your parent!!!

Why you are doing this to someone who work so hard and provide you with food, games and house???
Arent you embarrassed!!!

Please everyone wake up!!!

Promotion Meeting

Today was all about promotion meeting...

Here comes 3-1..
Much discussion is going on but I believe every teachers want the best for their students.
No matter if you are retained, advanced or promote..
Must take this chance to sit down and think... think about what you had been doing since Jan 09
Did you do enough, did you put in enough effort to claim a promotion?
Did you?
You will surely say yes but if you did why did you end up in this state?
Why?

So many questions...
You are not able to answer now..
Because it is not time to answer these...

Make use of this chance to study smart and hard to claim you O lvl cert with pride..
It is during that time then you will find the answer...

Regrets is what you have..
Do you wish for more?
Or do you want to something else?

Use your time in a more productive way... and not to find a part time.. unless you wan regret to come back

Relaxing Sunday

Relaxing sunday...
BUT tml will be the promotion meeting... wonder what we will be discussing..
Done by work review and hopefully its enough for this year..

I feel that every day should be a biz day..
If you are biz than you will feel the time move much faster and boom... it is already bed time :)
If you just rot at home doing nothing and nothing productive then you will feel empty cos you achieve nothing today... However that does not mean you cant rest, REST is also something productive but too much will make you feel LAZY... The right dose will determine a DRUG and a POISON :)

There is no turning back, time will just move on, so dun say IF ONLY you had try harder or study harder or watever reason becos dun regret wad u had done.

It is the weekend!!

Day where students realise how much they had work..

Today I go through all the papers and also let 1-8 students know their marks.
Talked to 3-1 English teacher, she also feel sad having some of the 3-1 failing English.
We both feel sad but again, we really tried hard...

Assembly was long long long and I can see some of the students' butt started to feel itchy and keep moving left and right. Behavior for this assembly was the worst, probably they din have the mood to enjoy the assembly.

The passing rate for Chemistry was far from good.. haiz
How are they able to take the O level with this standard, with the exception of some students..
As I told Jowen and Elfin, if any of my words get into your head, please study during the dec holiday. Most of you need to revise again all the sec 3 work and also need to study some of the sec 4 chapters. (Reduction and Oxidation and Electrolysis)

My laptop was send for repair, brought the tablet lappie back home to use :)

Long weekend wheeeee

Hey guys, the sunday chemistry question will stop for now.
I will resume next year unless there is certain number of students who want it then I will continue.

Went down to have nice dim sum on saturday, was pretty expensive but so long as she like it :)
Din do much today, read some manga and did some paper analysis for class 3-8.

Photo taking and Mr James talk

Today was photo taking day...
Was quite fun haha, for Math photo I use a protractor and for Chem photo I use a model!!!
Also there was an EE photo too, in total I took 3 photos.. so much and I had to wear tie which I dun like.

After all that, I need to prepare for the interactive session for Mr James.
Even thou I am incharge of the reception and audi, I did not get to listen to the TALK!!!
Haiz, work work work but get nothing :(
Chew yen and gang can sit inside with air con and enjoy the talk.

I am just another cow, work work work aimlessly..
SAD!!!!

Finally long break
Got to sort all 3-1 and 3-2 results and keyed into the system
Then will have to see who will retained this year.
Then there will be promotion meeting.

If you know you are weak in certain subjects, please dun wait till the cow come back then you start preparing. You taking your time!!!

You will have tons of 1 thing that other ppl dun have if you dun take my words

Sad marking day... :(

Today is the last day of exam.
I went in to the exam hall, because I was worried.
After the paper, saw Chew Yen and gang looking for Ms Shyam.
Looked everywhere but cannot find her cos she is having class, haha.

Brought all of my chemistry papers back home to mark.
Went to Clementi Town for O level briefing, the campus is much nicer than ours =p

Reached home, done with dinner, started marking.
It seems I love marking papers, it is the only way to assess myself if I had done a good job in teaching my students and somehow I know some of my students really love to know how well they did.

Started marking 3-1 papers, I wonder why I marked so fast and the more I marked, the more sad I am :(
Marked fast cos there are lot of empty pages.
In the end, I could only finish 3-1 papers tonight, shall finish 3-2 tml.

Not too happy tonight.
Exam finished but my work had just started.
I need to do something to make them pass, I really need...
I running out of ideas... sad
I dun wan to see the sad face I saw today in the canteen.

Got my first pile of exam papers from class 1/8
Paper 1 and paper 2 whooo so much marking but I finish all the marking within one day
I so amazed haha and glad some of my students did very well although I still got some failures.

I just got some sms from my students
They wan to come in for the consultation on wed.
So which means the rest din wan la haha

In the experiment, 0.57 g sample of these crystals dissolved in 25.0 cm3 of distilled water and subsequently titrated with dilute hydrochloric acid. 19.95 cm3 of 0.20 mol/dm3 of dilute hydrochloric acid was required for the titration.

(a) Calculate the number of moles of Na2CO3.xH2O which reacted with the dilute hydrochloric acid.
